Placing Orders
For any problems encountered during checkout, please contact customer service by email at support@pawsomedelights.ca.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. You will also receive an email from our automated system every time the status of your order changes, including a shipment email which will normally include tracking information. Periodically, customer support will update the status of an order, which will be available for viewing through your account, when you register.
When placing an order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing time plus the estimated shipping or delivery time during checkout. Every effort is made to accurately estimate the time-to-ship in item descriptions. However, for specific questions regarding shipping or delivery timeline for an item, please contact customer service at support@pawsomedelights.ca.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed, which is indicated by the status "Processing". When an order status has changed to "Processing" the order is in the final stages of processing and packaging, and can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping Times
Pawsome Delights strives to provide customers with fast shipping, whenever possible. Shipping times will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Generally, shipping times can be between 2-8 business days but can take longer during holidays.
Shipping Carriers
This website store ships most orders via Canada Post, ChitChats, or UPS, with tracking information.
Shipment Tracking
This website makes every effort to provide timely and accurate shipping status and tracking information on all purchases. However, our ability to provide this information is dependent on the shipping carrier. All customers will receive an email notification of shipment, including tracking (as available) when an item ships. Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address at checkout.
If you are a registered member of this site, you may check on the status of your shipment at any time by clicking on "My Account," and navigating to the "Orders" section. We will make periodic updates on the status of a shipment which may be viewed there.
