Return Policy

15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. After this period, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, reach out to us at support@pawsomedelights.ca, including your order number and reason for return. Our dedicated support team will guide you through the process. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as this duration may vary depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging your orders, but accidents can happen during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any damage, or defects, or if you have received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: For any toy product returns you may be asked to return the product in its original packaging and condition. You will never be asked to return any food items. Once your refund is processed, you may dispose of the item as you see fit. Please note that sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original packaging, condition, and unopened, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
