Our Shipping Promise

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location, size, and weight of the package.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in the city of Ottawa. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please look out for an email with pickup instructions.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays

Please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high order volumes, or postal service issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you of the delay and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
